Swift Print keeps all of our client's artwork and graphics on file for a period of several years. This enables us to pull your graphics and artwork when it's time to print a new year's planner, making the reprint ordering process smooth, fast and simple.
Our talented graphic designers can also make prompt amendments to your artwork, graphics or content, allowing for updates and additions, such as changes in your school rules. Swift Print has a team of professional proofreaders who will examine your prototype extensively prior to printing.

The production timeframe does vary according to the time of year, the precise nature of the project, the extent of any required design work and other factors. We aim to be prompt and flexible; it's one of the many benefits of having a full production facility on-site!
Your order's delivery fees will be calculated according to weight. We can arrange for delivery during the 6 week holiday period prior to the start of the new school year. If you have any delivery concerns, questions, or specific delivery deadlines, simply contact our friendly customer service team.
After placing your order with Swift Print, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due. The deposit must be received within 7 days of signing the order form.
Swift Print can send out a tax invoice for the amount due. Checks and payments should be made payable to Swift Print. If you have any questions or concerns, just contact our customer service department. Notably, orders that are received during the month of July and have the final artwork approved by 31 July will be eligible for a 10% discount.
Orders that are received during the month of August and have the final artwork approved by 30 August will receive a 5% discount.
